Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight/size of the order and its destination. To determine shipping rates, simply begin the checkout process. Please note that we include a small handling fee as well as insurance into the shipping price.
During promotional events, holiday seasons, and product releases the time it takes us to process and ship your order may increase by up to seven business days. During this time, we will do our best to fulfill orders as fast as humanly possible. During this time please bear in mind, if you pay extra to have your order sent Express Mail, this does not guarantee or imply a quicker processing time. The Express Mailing fee means that your order will arrive quicker to you once it has been handed off to the USPS.
In the event the shipping method selected and paid for at checkout does not in fact cover the charges for that method, we reserve the right to downgrade your shipping selection and refund any differences. We also reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
If you order an item that is hand-made, your order will ship in its entirety once your made to order items are available. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please reply to your order email letting us know.
In the event your order has not shipped (for any reason including back ordered products), we reserve the right to refuse the request to combine any future orders with the past order that has not shipped.
If your parcel is returned to us with the reason of unclaimed or insufficient address, you will be required to pay again for the postage costs to have the parcel re-mailed.
If your parcel is delivered to an incorrect address (incorrectly put into system by you during the order process), we are not responsible to replace those items without receiving the funds necessary to replace the products/shipping.
Please double check your shipping address prior to completing your orders to prevent from subsequent charges for returned or lost mail.
In the event your shipment is lost in transit, a replacement package will be mailed. Replacement packages will only be mailed one-time, to customers who have never had a lost package claim with Geek Thirst before. If you have had a lost package claim while shopping with Geek Thirst, we recommend that you either select a traceable method of shipment or have your subsequent orders shipped to a different address. We will only be responsible for one (1) replacement package during the lifespan on your Geek Thirst store account and in the event that your replacement is lost as well, Geek Thirst reserves the right to withhold any amount spent on your original order to covers the replacement/shipping costs.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
